GAUDIN-VICHARD-AVOCATS Law Firm was founded by Martine GAUDIN-VICHARD in Marseille in 1987.

Our team is dedicated to corporate affairs, and has many years of experience. We assist and counsel our clients in a full range of fields, such as corporate law, real estate, construction, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, financial securities, private equity, overseas investment, commercial litigation, etc.

The work languages of lawyers of GAUDIN-VICARD-AVOCATS are Chinese, French and English.

We act as legal counsel for several French companies; we advise our clients on investment in France; we assist our clients in investment and trade negotiations with the foreign companies, especially with the Chinese companies; we draft and revise the contracts and other legal documents. In addition, we assist and represent our clients, both as applicant and defendant, in front of the Commercial Courts or arbitral jurisdictions.
